Orders are shipped directly from the factory.  MOST, but not all, orders are shipped within 72 hours business hours.  If your order is delayed, you will be notified by email so please be sure to include an email with your order.  If you are in desperate need of a tank, consider expediting it.   

We cannot guarantee that UPS will deliver on time but find them to be very reliable.
