Explain your background or how you got interested in your chosen field?:
I grow up on a dairy farm as my father was a milk hand I barreled race, was in 4-h just an outdoor country girl.
What do you think helped you the most to make a career as a woman? What is the biggest factor that has helped you be successful?:
The way I was raised and that keepenin the love of wanting to have my own dairy farm.
As a female leader, what has been the most significant barrier in your career?:
Bring ammrred to the man who always support my goals.
What mistakes have you made along the way and what did you learn from them?:
Keeping dairy goats too long before I made the step into A2/A2 jersey cows.
Do you or did you have a woman leader as a mentor or are there specific women who inspired you and why?:
Not really it was just me and the love of animals and the outdoors.
You are a busy woman. What do you do to relax and maintain good mental health?:
I'm up at dark and lay down at dark. Running a full time homestead basically by your self.
